How Our Service Works
1. If you get a traffic ticket, you will be stuck with a fine and a court date. If you just pay the fine, you are pleading guilty, and you will have a conviction on your driving record. A conviction can result in much higher car insurance payments, among state license surcharges and license suspension.
2. If you choose to do so, you can wait until your court date, take time off of work or school to go to court, wait in lines, pay for parking, and pay court costs and fees.
3. We can go to court for you before your court date. When you hire us, we’ll appear in court so you never have to leave home. In most cases, we can negotiate with the Judge or prosecutor to keep the ticket off your record. Once we are done in court, we will email you the paperwork showing that you have avoided a conviction and your ticket has been paid. We can obtain all the information we need from you over the phone or here. If you have any questions, please call us or fill out the form below.
